I lucked into a career where I am paid to write nonfiction, lawyery stuff. Sometimes that doesn’t fully scratch the itch in my brain.

Traditional publishers probably aren’t looking for the kinds of stories that come to me on my lunch break, huddled over a laptop in the front seat of my 2009 Pontiac Vibe with a Diet Coke at my side.

But I still like to write them.

I hope that someday, someone will stumble on this site and find a little joy in reading something written entirely by a real human.  (No AI here)
